Are you a gym owner or coach helping clients become their best selves?

Podcast “Busy People Getting Fit”

You’re busy—career, kids, life pulling you in every direction. But when you look in the mirror, you don’t love what you see. You feel sluggish, out of shape, and low on energy. You tell yourself you’ll get it together someday—but deep down, you know someday never comes. And that doctor’s visit? You’re avoiding it because you don’t want to hear the truth.

Here’s the hard fact: Your body was designed to thrive into your 90s—but your habits (or lack thereof) are cutting that short. Every day, the choices you make (or don’t make) are costing you more than you realize. The real question isn’t how long will I live? It’s how long will I be able to live life the way I want?

  • Dreaming of a walking tour through Europe? Gone.

  • Running around with your kids (or grandkids)? Not happening.

  • Feeling strong, capable, and confident? Slipping away.

That’s where Busy People Getting Fit comes in.

Hosted by Bryan White, CrossFit Level 3 coach, gym owner, and the guy who cracked the code on how to get real results without living in the gym, this podcast is all about cutting through the BS and making health simple. You don’t need to spend hours sweating it out—I can guarantee you results with just 3 hours a week. Because most people don’t want to do the most—they want to do the least amount possible and still reach their goals.

And guess what? You can’t be “kind of” healthy. You’re either taking care of yourself, or you’re speeding up your decline.

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • How to eat better—without spending hours meal prepping (because nobody’s got time for that)

  • How to move more without hitting the gym (turns out, cleaning your house is a workout)

  • How to build strength, energy, and longevity in the simplest way possible

  • The routines that actually help you sleep, recover, and feel good every day

  • How tiny shifts in your habits can stack up to massive results

Your health isn’t just about how you look—it’s about how long you can keep living the life you want. So stop waiting, start moving, and commit to simple, easy steps that actually work.

FAQs about Bryan

  • Bryan has a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology, CrossFit Level 3 Certified Trainer, and Precision Nutrition PN-1.

  • Bryan wasn’t always fit, active, or healthy. Like many busy professionals, he got caught up in work, family, and daily responsibilities.

He woke up exhausted, relied on caffeine to function, and felt stressed and sluggish. He thought he was staying active, but in reality, he was just watching his kids play sports from the sidelines.

  • In 2012, Bryan had his wake-up call. On a beach vacation, he looked in the mirror and barely recognized himself. He was overweight, out of shape, and struggled to run even 50 yards in the sand. He realized his lifestyle was unsustainable. He needed to change, not just for himself but for his family.

  • He started small. Instead of overhauling his diet overnight, he made one better choice at a time. He called his new program "Don't Eat Stupid."

First, he reduced his daily 44 oz. Coke® habit to 36 oz. He began walking and squatting daily, setting tiny, achievable fitness goals. Success bred success, and over time, he lost some weight, gained some strength, and rediscovered my energy.

Two years later, he found CrossFit and finally learned how to train effectively and eat appropriately. He became passionate about fitness and nutrition, earning his CFL-3 certification and launching Blue Eagle Fitness & Nutrition.

  • To help busy people like him build strength, lose fat, and feel great without extreme diets or unsustainable workouts.

Bryan has learned that fitness isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about simple, sustainable habits like moving every hour, lifting weights, eating whole foods, drinking water, and prioritizing rest.

These habits transformed his life, and now he helps others do the same.
